Australian Pilsner and Vienna barley with German Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops and lager yeast isolated from the world's oldest operating brewery (Weihenstephan). An ode to the proper noble hops whilst bringing the traditional bready, crispy boi to the palate with true blue grain.
Dry and ridiculously drinkable. Represents balance. Lagered for 6 weeks and naturally chill filtered in the process. Our first batch of this scored a Silver Medal at the 2022 Australian International Beer Awards (AIBA's)
