Clean, lean, bitter and mean. The Cold IPA is a hoppy force to be reckoned with. Thirst Contact - our Trans Tasman Collaboration with Double Vision Brewing, Carwyn Cellars and Beer Jerk New Zealand - starts off on a lean malt base of Gladfield Malt Lager Light and Vienna with some Briess Flaked Corn. Then the fun begins with the hops with NZ Hops Nelson Sauvin + Riwaka combining with Hop Products Australia Eclipse + Galaxy to boot. All finished up with a lager yeast to keep it clean. The hop oils are resin city and the bitterness is championed in the style.
