Good Chit
Who is ready for some Good Chit? This is a pretty special beer named for using the under-modified Chit malt from Best Malz in Germany.
In addition to the Chit malt, we also used Voyager Compass Malt in the grist and some flaked oats and wheat too! Then it is jam packed with Cascade and the new Eclipse hop (from Hop Products Australia) in the whirlpool which brings beautiful orange juice vibes. Eclipse is used again in the first stage dry hop and Cryo Idaho 7 and Galaxy in the second stage. It's a fantastic beer with blazing epic orange juice notes and the slight bitterness has a pivotal role in balancing out the sweetness. It's a cracker!
