A simple Citra addition at whirlpool, followed by a final Chinook dry hop, has perfected the flavour profile. The result is a brew that tastes like pineapple juice and lemon meringue pie. It brilliantly showcases the potential of yeast and hops, highlighting the fascinating complexity of this style.
Déjà Vu boasts a stable haze, achieved through a meticulously crafted water profile and precise yeast pitch rate using Neumaker New E yeast. The cool fermentation temperature brought out an explosion of pear esters from the yeast.
Featuring Voyager Craft Malts with malted oats, flaked oats, flaked wheat and a base malt of Atlas schooner barley.
