US Ale Malt, Vienna and Munich with big dank hot side addition of Nelson Sauvin and Cascade hops for that pine and classic white grape and weed. El Dorado biotransformation hop for a tropical pineapple, pear and watermelon fruit bomb to the nose and flavour.
A final dry hop addition of Moutere for some added chewy, resin and that classic grapefruit and pine finish with a hint of passionfruit. It is easy drinking, more-ish, clear and precisely what you need every time you go looking for a West Coast IPA.
