Déjà Vu is our new Hazy Pale Ale. Just in time for summer!
A hoppy science experiment taken to a hectic level. Featuring Citra Incognito, Eclipse and Mosaic hops with a careful addition timing and New England yeast to create some crazy outcomes in both flavour, aroma, mouthfeel and presentation. Huge tropical notes of pineapple, peach, and passionfruit at a quaffable 4.8%.
A solid grist of Gladfield Lager Light, Gladfield Big O Malted Oats and Flaked Wheat resulted in a fluffy mouthfeel with a little help from the Bluestone New England liquid yeast. Just in time for summer!
